About Me
Hey guys,

My fitness journey began 8 years ago when I was 17 years old and still in school.

Struggling with my weight in my early teens and being extremely self conscious about the way I looked, I only wish I had the information I know now back then. Although I’ve learned so much along the way, I could have saved a lot of time by avoiding so many common mistakes.

When I began exercising at 17 and fell in love with the feeling of going to the gym, I also began educating myself on nutrition and eating better. But when my Dad passed away in 2012 it was a huge set back for me and I started binge eating as a way to cope and gained a lot of weight. That feeling of self-consciousness about my body began to creep back so I decided to turn to the gym to channel my grief and it was honestly the only thing that got me through one of the most challenging periods of my life.

The gym is now my therapy! I’ve been very fortunate to turn my passion into my business and I’m so grateful for that. 

My mission is to make women feel happy about themselves on the inside and out. The gym has helped me through some of the darkest times in my life and my mission in creating these guides is that they will help many others who are currently dealing with their own problems. I want women to not only look amazing but feel amazing inside as well.
