This is a full body home workout guide
. I would recommend this guide to someone who is at the beginning of their fitness journey
and may want to build some confidence
and strength up at home before entering a gym or to someone who simply doesn’t have access to a gym. I understand gym memberships can be expensive
and not everyone can afford them but you can still get in shape
through home workouts if done correctly.
Although this is a home based workout guide there are a few small pieces of equipment needed in order to see the best results. You will need a resistance band and a set of dumbbells.
